I think I say this every month but holy crap, it's already March! I can't believe we are already a quarter into 2017, but this year is shaping up to be one of the best yet. With March, I'm most excited for some warmer weather; time to break out the shorts and dresses (almost)!
One | Beauty and the Beast
The time has finally come. I've been waiting for this day for a very, very long time. Beauty and the Beast, the live action version, comes out in theaters this month (on the 17th to be exact ;) ). I couldn't be any more excited than I already am about this film, and the fact that Emma Watson, feminist extraordinaire, is Belle is really just the icing on the cake.
Two | Praxis
If you've read the About section on the blog, you know that I'm in graduate school studying High School English Education. Back in November I passed the first series of tests for my certification and take the next one this month. Send me all of your good vibes!
Three | My First Collaborations!
Guys, coming this month you'll be able to see my very first collaborations! I've teamed up with novelist CW Trisef to review two of his young adult novels on the blog. I've also teamed up with eShakti to review their website, ordering processes, and clothing items. I'm so excited to share these experiences with all of you! There's more good stuff following these collaborations, too, so stay on the lookout. :)
Four | National Geographic's Around the World in Twelve Books
You all know I love to read, and National Geographic just released the coolest list of books to transport you to another destination. I've already read a few like Anna Karenina & All the Light We Cannot See (both are so so good, btw) and I can't wait to get my hands on the others! I love a good book that makes you feel like you're fully immersed into another land; it combines the perfect aspects of travel and literature.
Five | Post Feedback & Activity
Goodness, you all! Some of my most recent posts (I'm a feminist, and that's not a bad thing & Seven Things To Do in Kentucky) are making some serious waves on the blog! I've had a ton of hits on them and I'm so thankful to you all for reading and sharing them! I am continually blown away by your support & love for Mad's Muses.
What are you planning for March? Let me know in the comments below!
